Why Hire Alberta Arborists?

An Arborist, by definition, is an individual who is trained in the art and science of planting, removing, caring for and maintaining trees. I.S.A. Certified Arborists have at least a minimum of 3 years experience and have passed a comprehensive examination. They must also continue their  education to maintain certification and they must also stay up to date on the latest techniques in arboriculture.

Hiring an arborist should not be taken lightly. Proper tree care can add considerable value and appeal to your property. Poorly maintained trees can be a liability. Pruning or removing trees can be dangerous work and should only be done by those trained and equipped to work safely in trees.

There are a variety of things to consider when selecting a tree service company:
- A membership in professional organizations such as or International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) which demonstrates a willingness on the part of the arborist to stay up to date on the latest information and techniques used.
- Ask for proof of insurance and W.C.B. Coverage
- Ask for references & don’t hesitate to check them or even visit to see the quality of the work
- Don’t always accept the lowest bid. Verify the credentials to determine reliability and knowledge in order to make your decision on the best price

Very clever and very well done. Makes a $ Store birdhouse expensive though!!! This looks like a usable sized birdhouse? Don't think $ Store houses are big enough for birds but would make cute ornaments. Pretty house whoever made it!
