☝🏻Tea may reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke “There’s a lot of literature out there on tea and heart health,” says Anna Ardine, clinical nutrition manager at Magee-Womens Hospital of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. “This is a health effect for which there is the strongest evidence.” In fact, a study published earlier this year that combined data from a host of earlier reports found a nearly 20 percent reduction in the risk of heart attack and a 35 percent reduced risk of stroke among those who drank one to three cups of green tea a day. Those who drank four or more cups of green tea daily had a 32 percent reduction in the risk of having a heart attack and lower levels of LDL cholesterol.

'Protein Banana 🍌 Bread 🍞 '
2 Scoops of Protein Powder of choice
1 Large banana
3 Egg whites
½ Cup Low fat plain Greek yogurt
¾ Cups Oats
¼ Cup Stevia
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Cinnamon
Preheat over to 350
Place all ingredients together in a blender and mix
Spoon mixture into baking tin
Bake for 15-18 minutes

Lee suffered from severe chronic debilitating back pain. By adapting various forms of yoga into something special, he was able to overcome this. He is excited to share his success with all of his clients. ✨🙌🏻✨ The great thing is, everyone can enjoy and benefit from Danglefit! It’s a great combination of acrobat, circus performer and yoga.

7 weeks ago by Alka's Total FitnessI learned how much a good trainer can help people when I was young, overweight and lacking self-confidence. I trained hard and eventually performed in dance competitions across the United States and Canada. It was at this point that I became passionate about cardio kickboxing and began taking classes at a local gym, training hard to master kickboxing.
