Gyms Suck. Join Bang Fitness!

We’ve taken the conventional gym membership and burned it to the ground. By asking what people really need from a gym and what they don’t, we’ve developed a new approach to fitness, training and classes: 1-on-1 assessments, personalized training programs, and expert supervision, all in a fun and engaging environment.

Lose fat or gain performance. Whatever your goal, we’ve got you covered. We begin with an individualized assessment that looks at your strengths as well as your weaknesses. We determine what you’re ready for (right this second) and design a customized program. From that moment, your only job is to show up. Our coaches and environment will take care of the rest.

    A quick note to let you know this Saturday, August 19th Performance Stretch at 12 pm is cancelled. It is on Tuesday this week at 6 pm as normal and back at you the following Saturday, August 26th at 12 pm.

    Saturday, July 1st - Performance Stretch and Powerlifting Classes are cancelled. Strongman at 11am and Strongwoman at 12pm are still on!
     
    Sunday - Powerlifting Club is cancelled.
