We’ve taken the conventional gym membership and burned it to the ground. By asking what people really need from a gym and what they don’t, we’ve developed a new approach to fitness, training and classes: 1-on-1 assessments, personalized training programs, and expert supervision, all in a fun and engaging environment.

Lose fat or gain performance. Whatever your goal, we’ve got you covered. We begin with an individualized assessment that looks at your strengths as well as your weaknesses. We determine what you’re ready for (right this second) and design a customized program. From that moment, your only job is to show up. Our coaches and environment will take care of the rest.

    We have a simple rule here: you're not allowed to complain about not doing the thing when you're in the process of doing the thing.

    Our critter brains easily jump to the negative (that's probably why our species is still around). But this can give you a skewed perspective.
     
    One of the best ways to deal with this is to be present during the times you're doing positive work (AKA the thing). Give yourself a chance to broaden your experience and appreciation of the good stuff. This is a discipline - it won't happen by accident.

    A huge congratulations to long-time Bang Fitness member, Alaina Hardie, on being awarded a black belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu. This is the culmination of over a decade of hard work and smarts.
     
    This is also a big deal for not just Alaina but the community at large, since Alaina is one of the first trans competitors to reach this significant milestone.
     
    We are super proud of Alaina, who lives and breathes many of the best traits associated with the black belt. Really, just a wonderful, funny, crazy-smart human being.

    Bang Fitness is excited to welcome Dr. Georges Dagher as its new Lead Coach!
     
    Georges has learned from some of the best in the world, including Dr. Stuart McGill and Coach Eric Cressey.
     
    In his new role, he'll be providing support and leadership to our coaching team. His clinical background will also allow us to take our integrated approach even further.
     
    Georges is a tremendous talent and will be an essential part of our continued development as coaches and industry leaders. We're thrilled to have him aboard.
