Founded in 2005, CrossFit Toronto is Toronto's original CrossFit gym and the 2nd CrossFit gym in Canada.

Our gym specialises in CrossFit with a heavy dose of strength training and Olympic-style weightlifting. We believe in being serious about health and fitness with a light-hearted approach.

Here, you'll train hard, have fun together, and grow in a friendly, supportive setting.

In addition to our CrossFit program, you'll also find Bootcamps, Olympic-style Weightlifting, Private Training, CrossFit Kids, and Nutrition.
