Whether you come for lunch or dinner, we have plenty of options to choose from. For lunch, we have fish favourites like whole bronzini with roast sun chokes and watercress, eco-friendly west coast salmon, sustainable black cod and yellow fin tuna and fresh PEI mussels in a choice of Malaysian laksa or Chinese style black bean.
Dinner at Pure Spirits is comfortable and embracing; never slow, but gently leisured. It's also the time when Chef Tim Miles' team hits full stride. The ingredients they source are a blend of both the freshest local ingredients and the best the world has to offer. Pure Spirits is continually recognized as one of the best places for seafood in Toronto offering menu staples like black cod and Dungeness crab paella, to ever-changing market day specials. There's also a variety of other fare including a premium cut Angus beef rib eye, confit Muscovy duck leg Nova Scotia lobster pappadelle. Canadian and international oysters all newly arrived are served with a medley of dressing sauces and freshly grated horseradish.
